Michelle Bernardi Landis is the Corporate Secretary of Bernardi Securities, Board Member and a shareholder in the Company.  Michelle retired from her day to day corporate management responsibilities in April 2024 after serving nearly twenty-nine years.

She is a graduate of Lawrence University and holds a B.S.N. from the Rush College of Nursing.  She is a past board member of Adoptive Families Today.
